Austin City Limits Music Festival Highlights and Featured Photographers

The Austin City Limits Music Festival is returning to Zilker Park this weekend, showcasing prominent artists such as Sabrina Carpenter, Hozier, Luke Combs, The Killers, John Summit, and The Strokes, along with over a hundred additional performers. The event promises vibrant performances and a celebration of music.

Among the talented photographers capturing the festival's essence is Sara Diggins from the Austin American-Statesman, who specializes in local news and environmental issues impacting Central Texas. Her background includes a degree in journalism and accolades for her storytelling and photography skills.

Jay Janner, another esteemed staff photographer at the American-Statesman, has dedicated his career to documenting life in Austin since 2003, focusing on community moments and earning multiple awards for his impactful work.

Additionally, Mikala, also a staff photojournalist, brings her award-winning experience to the festival, having previously been recognized as Star Photojournalist of the Year. Her contributions to significant reporting have garnered prestigious awards, including a Pulitzer Prize finalist mention in 2023.
